Even though on my day off work today I have done all the house work and every where looks tidy I would still run round like my backside was on fire doing extra tidying up. If I think about it it is ridiculous but I would still have to do it!

Because I've been feeling a little under the weather the last few days, my apt. looks like a tornado came through, so I would definitely rush to get it all cleaned up. Otherwise, I try to keep a clean house. I'm a little ocd about that.

well my house should be clean enough for spontaneous visitors.. but yeah when you know someone is on there way you start to look make sure everything is in order..

Like those times when you get surprise visit and then your welcoming them in while cleaning up ..lol

but naturely you always tidy up even if youdon't have to... so yea i'll be rushing making sure everything is in place..

Yes I'd be like a whirlwind flying about.

When I had a new kitchen fitted I thoroughly cleaned all the old units before they were ripped out and thrown in a skip.

Lol

Yes I would. Thats life, things don't always get put away when your done with them. My house is for living not for a picture spread in some magazine. But it would be nice it if was close to picture perfect when someone stops by.

I have no time to chat, must clean the house, company is coming! Here! Hide this! Oh oh and take this with you! And, uh, can you drop this in the bin on your way out? LOL! My favorite excuse is "we're renovating, so this rooms a mess, oh and so's the whole house!" HA HA!

It depends on who the visitor was and what day it was... today, no, I just cleaned yesterday so the house is still fairly decent.

Yeah, we still have last nights dinner plates sitting on the table and I never cleaned up my hair stuff from the bathroom yesterday so everything is still scattered on the counter.
