The complusion to use IE in the Vista enviornment is beginning to be exasperating. In a word, I don't like IE at all. I am thinking of using Mozilla Firefox. What are the implications if there are any? I know I can't use it for windows update but that is one among the many other issues. Mozilla is safer than IE and that's the main reason why I want to switch over to Mozilla. Can I go ahead with it? what are the general compatibility issues that may arise out of it? Is Firefox stable on the Vista platform? Also does Norton IS support Firefox as much as does IE?

I use Vista and Firefox with no problems, I did have a problem in the beginning but this was sorted "by a Firefox update."

Go for it!...;-)

Firefox and Vista "is a match made in heaven".

Same for Firefox and Norton, with appropriate permissions in NIS.

Go for it and enjoy!
