I'm having one right now. And Pharmacies are closed in Greece.

From over exerting or abusing my system as
stomach and mechanism problems i learned to eat light
and slowly not hog up myself to discomfort.I have not had a headache in ages One should Practice to Blink then to
Stare in other words keep the Eyes Focused on only what your mind was first considered to Handle. save your self
the problem as before the STORM
Worry are the most headaches there are,Even a twitch
of sound will stress you out, blink..!!

On Tuesday night, it was a hot day and i wear spec's so i get headaches alot when the suns out.. yay.. lol :)

I rarely get a headache--then it's usually when I try to withdraw from sugar & caffeine.

2 weeks ago, I had a migraine so bad I wound up in the hospital for meds. I could not even open my eyes because the light made it so much worse.... OUCH !!
