It will be MUCH harder for you (why didn't anyone tell you that you should have gotten an internship earlier?), but people like you do find jobs in business. First of all, go to your school's placement center; they should be able to get you started. As far as sites go, I currently really like www.indeed.com, which has a search engine that pulls job postings from other sites, but I also use www.monster.com, www.careerbuilder.com, www.yahoohotjobs.com, and some specialty sites like www.entertainmentcareers.net and www.teamworkonline.com for our students as well as the search engine on my LinkedIn site.

You could apply to be an assistant manager at a business in your area. Assistant managers make more than minimum wage. That would be good experience because you could learn from the head manager. I wouldn't suggest starting out as a head manager somewhere until you've worked as an assistant manager for awhile. Even if you have to work as an assistant manager at McDonald's or something, it's still management experience. Whatever you get, just remember it's only a temporary position so don't let it bother you if you don't get your lifelong aspiration right off the bat. Things like that take a lot of time to work up to. Good luck!

What was your plan when you started your major? Why don't you follow that plan?

You didn't have a plan? And now you want to run my business?

A description of business administration is to CONSTANTLY redirect your efforts in response to unexpected problems. Look at this as an unexpected problem, and solve it. What will you do when you are running my business? Ask your friends on Yahoo! Answers?
