Luck is nothing more than perceiving a random event from an optimistic point of view.
"Luck" actually does not exist. Luck is just your perception on a chance event. If you look at chance from positive point of view, then you say you are lucky. Even if you sometimes experience a mishap or something negative, it is your way of thinking that ultimately makes you are successful.
The more you feel lucky, the luckier you are.

I think it is the way others perceive them. Some people are born with a positive aura and others negative. People pick up on these vibes and either are overjoyed by the persons presence, or are repulsed by it. I'm not talking about personality, it is more of a vibration or signal that a person emits. It has nothing to do with luck or being a bad person, it has to do with the people that surround you and the way they perceive you. That is the reason one person will work for several years to try and advance, while another sits on their bum and continuously has opportunities fall into their laps. ;-)

I think when you want something so badly in you life i.e me and a baby and you see other around you, you think they are the luckiest people alive, in reality they are blessed with the one thing you crave thay me be wanting/wishing for things that they can't have and maybe looking at others and thinking the same. There is no one in this world that has everything their heart desires they maybe be rich with money but have not love, they may have children but not money. We as a spiecies always desire sometimes what we can't have and I don't believe it's how we lived in a former life I just think it's just something random that happens. Stay positive and look to other sources to bring love, warmth and happiness to your life. Look at what you have got as you never know or appreciate what you've got until its gone. God Bless.

I believe it was because of the way they lived previous lives. There are repercussions for every action, and some people get annoyed when they see other people doing the wrong thing without seeming to pay for it in their life. However there is always another life, when they get the chance to learn what happens when certain things are don, although of course they won't remember what they did. Divine justice.

We all plan our lives before we are born and with that some karma from past lives has to be paid back and also rewarded
We all have to experience life for our own personal growth of our Souls journey
I don't believe in luck sometimes we are rewarded for our effects
Love & Blessings

As you hadn't planed for it happening, and disaster did no longer ensue in spite of everything, i could class it as fortunate close call. Sound's such as you have have been given a robust overflow on your bathtub bathtub, which offered you time beyond regulation. If overflows have been made great sufficient, and stored sparkling, that they had end all baths from overflowing. Its a sensible thank you to circumvent misfortune/develop your success.

You may be asking that because you are having experiences that is very or highly related to your question. What I don't know is whether what you are experiencing is on the light or dark side...
About your question, I have two point of views with almost the same meaning...
Karma...
We know about karma, but some people don't know that it actually has two sides, the good karma and of course, the bad karma. The principle is very simple. When you do something good to others, good karma will also come to you. When you do something bad to others, bad karma will come to you. We know its Indian culture and its basically based on the balance of life.
Christian Values...
Christianity, the religion inspired by Jesus. In reading the gospels in the bible, you will encounter Him saying this, "Don't do to others what you don't want others to do unto you." and also another inverse version, "Do to others what you want others to do unto you." It is like, if you want other people to love you, love them first. On the other hand, if you don't want other people to hurt you, avoid hurting others." Simple as that.
The Similar Meaning...
The great similarity between the two, as you may obviously see, is their meaning. It is simply the principle of mutual interaction between others wherein, whatever you do to others, whether good or bad, same thing will also be done to you depending on what you did before. It is very related to the "Give and Take" value. Whatever you give, same thing will also be given to you and sometimes will be double the price.
My Real Answer...
Luck mostly comes in a way like an unpredictable accident. I believe its not by accident. I strongly believe luck interacts to a person in a way like "present or absent." When you do something good, expect luck to be present. When you do something bad, expect luck to be absent. Similar also to the presence or absence of bad luck. I believe luck is present everyday, depending on what you did first in the past, in small unnoticable events and big surprisingly events. Most of the time, luck in small packages goes to a person everyday. The value here again is the natural seek of balance in every people's lives.
One more thing about luck is, as i believed, is sometime cumulative. When you do good things in the past and upto now you are still not seeing your goodness is being paid off well, someday in the future you will receive your luck in a one time, big time sort of way. It is very similar to hitting a jackpot. After that, accumulation of luck starts again. On the other hand, when you do lots of bad things in the past, and upto now, you see yourself not experiencing any punishments or you are always able to get away of your wrong doings, in the present you may be feeling confident of never be able to get any punishment or similar of that sort and you will do more bad things. Be very careful for your bad luck might also come in a ONE TIME, BIG TIME way. Similar example is getting your life totally WASTED in the end. How wasted? Depends deeply in the past.
I know, my ideas seem to systematic and too organized to looked at. My belief is simply the "Give and Take". And the "What you Give is also what you will Get." I know Christianity does not believe in LUCK. I am a Christian, but I look at LUCK not as the usual luck wherein most people think comes suddenly without any reason at all. I look at LUCK in such a way as REWARDS in my life. My own life experiences serves as a proof to my belief for all the fortunes that comes in my life as I believe are the results of all my kindness and love to others. I am aware that all the simple good things in my life are all my lucks in exchange for all my good deeds whether how small or big they may be. Just having your own parents with you and being able to wake-up everyday are what I could consider as a very good luck.
I hope all that I typed answered your question. If not, even just being able to enlighten you a bit in your problem.
