WHY are you taking prenatal pills? You shouldn't take them unless directed to by a doctor. Who knows what they are doing to you while you aren't pregnant.
And, the weight loss herbs only "work" if you eat right and work out. Which translates to you eating right and working out being the cause of the weight loss, and NOT the herbs. Trust me, I've tried. First I used the herbs and worked out eating right, lost a few pounds. Then I just worked out and ate right, lost the same amount of pounds that I did while using herbs. They are just scams and a waste of money.
Talk to your doctor about the mixture of prenatal pills (while not pregnant) and weight loss herbs.

I'm assuming that you're taking pre-natals becuase you're pregnant. If you're pregnant, it is not the time to lose weight, but to gain it healthfully for your child.
It is not necessary to scream at me. You did not elaborate, so I made the assumption. Had you elaborated, I would not have made the assumption that you're pregnant.
