I would - a man who cheats is a man who is risking infecting his wife with an STD, and that could be a threat to her pregnancy.
BUT
Be prepared that you might not get the reaction you are hoping for. She might not believe you, view your actions as meddling, and believe him instead.
***edit: I like Dave's answer, too. Tell the boyfriend you know and tell him if he doesn't confess that you'll tell her yourself.

Honestly, my best friend told me my boyfriend was cheating on me the day after my daughter was born and I was so upset by that, that it took away from the joy I should have been feeling. There really is no easy answer, one she has a right to know, but then again is right now the best time to tell her?

I'm pregnant and if it was my boyfriend i'd like to know. Make sure you know for definate though and not just have suspicions as this may lead to you losing her as a friend. Your friend will be very vunerable at the moment so make sure your there for her x

That depends entirely on what you are hoping to gain from telling your friend this. Could you have told her before she was in this condition? Why now?
I think if you examine your motives first you will have the answer to this question.

Tell her only if you know for sure. I would confront the boyfriend first and make sure you can get to your grilfriend before he can. Even if you have to call her and tell her over the phone as you are getting to her house. Just be very very sure he is the dog you think he is. But big time yes tell her.

Uh...
You should talk with your friend and ask her is there any problem in her relationship and is she healthy (maybe there is some problem with her health...if it is so maybe better not to tell her). She must be sensitive now and I'm not sure how she would handle that news. But if he cheats her now, he will cheat her always...not good emotional base for a baby in future...

YES !
The sooner the better.
There is another person involved in this matter now .
The welfare of the child has to come first.
This is not a stable relationship.

No, definitely not, but what I would do is tackle her boyfriend instead, telling him you know what he's up to, and if he doesn't stop NOW you *will* tell her. You never know how people will react and she might not thank you for telling her but I wouldn't stand by and do nothing, I would speak to him instead.
That sort of thing is a lose-lose situation because she may blame you for telling her or she may blame you for not telling her. At least if you don't tell her but tackle him instead you can tell her that you had her best interests - and the pregnancy - at heart. Good luck.

He should be the one to tell her, Give him the ultimatum and if he doesn't tell her then maybe you should!!
