No looks don't matter.
Have a look at all the people you love from your mum and dad to your friends you dont love any of them because of the way they look and you dont love them any different because their looks change as they age.
Looks only attract attention but put two girls side by side 1 less attractive then the other but the less attractive has a nice personality and the attractive has a bitter one who do you want to spend more time with.
What matters is the person them selves. who they are, what they do, how they think and feel and most of all how you react to this persons personality.

Looks are a facade. At the end of the day, we all get old and looks will disappear. We are not perfect but the right outlook will cover all physical imperfections. Better to be grow old with someone you can converse with with rather than a pretty 'Bimbo'. Obviously looks make it easier to be attracted initially, after all first impressions are lasting impressions, but it is by far not the most important thing in a relationship!

Looks matter less, the interest and enthusiasium, with a large heart that gives without expecting a return matters in love.

Most people I know say "looks dont matter" and to some extent they dont, but 2 people need to be attracted to each other. when its love, its whats inside that counts and thats the most important thing.
Your looks can change over time, but what you have inside of you doesnt.
Beauty is only skin deep.

TRUE LOVE IS UNCONDITIONAL! when you love someone, you don't base it merely on his/her looks or the way he appears to you. remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. and beauty doesn't only speaks about the physical appearance but most probably on the attitude. in love, what matters most is the TRUST and of course your love for each other. how would you be happy w/ the most handsome guy in the world when all the while there is no love?? the thought of having him (the most gorgeous guy, let's say) tickles you but later on, if there's no love, that feeling will just fade.. =]

look matters too,but the lover's vision is the most important factor,may be we feel some one is bad/agly but a lovers view point may be entirely different.
