Some of the earliest symptoms a woman will feel are nausea, fatique, moodiness, headaches, breast tenderness, cramping (and sometimes spotting) and frequent urination.

You probably won't.

You might have symptoms like tender breasts, a funny metallic taste in your mouth, etc., but no symptom is able to tell you with any accuracy that you are in fact pregnant - you have to take a test.

you need a test to know. everyone's symptoms are different. but for me, my boobs hurt so much that my husband would accidentally touch them (bump into, wrestling, etc) and I would punch him because they were so sore. It would be a lot more painful than PMS. My boobs also got really big all of a sudden. I kinda knew too. I knew that there was something different with my body, I can't really explain that part. but good luck

You won't know for sure. Many people don't get any signs that early.
