i piss and moan and physically hit an inanimate object/throw something to the wall or on the floor. bonus satisfaction points for me if that thing breaks into teeny weeny little pieces.

It's been so long since I was frustrated it's hard to remember; but I think that I sometimes broke things, like plates, but more frequently I would laugh it off and move on.
