evryone has the same brain capacity only that it is not applied to the same extent(or it isnt habituated to be applied)
use some brain games to make ur brain more habituated to being used and it will help a lot gradually..

Firstly, intelligence is a retention or a circuit erected in the mind. If it is possible, then people would be succeedingly analogous. Is it possible that the circuits in all eternity would be alike? I think at a theather of the mind, where everything from the world to the DNA is at play, so high that it is not etrant.

Of course genes, attitudes, environment etc., as already mentioned in the foregoing answers, are relevant factors..... however, I believe in another one which seems to have a prominent impact...... it is to what degree one yields to emotions.... somehow it seems to me that highly emotional people do not end up as highly intelligent and vice versa, as though our logical and emotional functions are always at loggerheads. This is why I believe that highly intelligent people do not normally end up to be likable or lovable people... in my experience, highly intelligent people seem to be rather stone-hearted. Well, over here everything balances out, doesn't it?

One is more intelligent than the other for the simple reason that the person who is more intelligent involves himself/herself 100% in whatever they do.

It is the effort and the interest that one makes. Intelligence can be cultivated by reading, discussing, thinking, involving, observing, deducting etc.

it so happens dat other avocations make up our minds and we gradually neglect the matters that actually concern us.
in fact every one can make sumthing of their own conceptions.practice maks the man perfect.
so never think that some one is more intelligent than the other

A human-being uses his / her brain, its 'right direction', the person is intelligent and wiser, otherwise the brain is not working, sitting like a lazy person and not working, in 'right / good job'.

Its the personal exception on hou the Individual takes the task. No one is born-Newton ....tubelight takes time to glow brighter but is more efficient than a normal bulb!
