Do you think that relationships would be more easily created or would last longer if we would just confess the way we feel to the other person? Don't we make things a bit more complicated than they should be?

I guess it's better to "confess" and regret about something you did, rather than regret about something you did not.

No Way! It is never easy for me to confess my feelings to someone, because if I do, ALL of hell will break loose, and I, along with the person with whom I am expressing my feelings for, will be dangerously hurt for the rest of our lives. Besides, I don't think anyone in the world would want an African-American with a so-called benign liposoma growth on both her lower back and right ring finger, who is scared of getting the results once they are both dermatologically removed, to confess her feelings for someone, even if that person is Tobey Maguire.

Its good to be yourself and talk about your feelings but it does not mean that to say something which ruins your life ,because most of our feelings are personal and private and being yourself is diffrent with confession

Yes you should let them know how you feel about them because if they think that your not that interested then they might not care about you as much as they would have if they knew how you felt about them and may go out and see somebody else.... I don't know but that is what I would feel like doing if I thought that the other person wasn't that interested I would think to myself that I would have nothing to loose..

It depends, if he is deserving and you see a sincerity in his actions towards you, perhaps it can be pleasant, but generally, I prefer to hold my feelings, even if I am sure he ahs feelings towards me, let him be the one, men always want challenges, they want to climb higher mountains and again take risks...just be yourself, act naturally, and do not hurry, time mellows and you will have that share of attention, and eventually confession on his part................just enjoy his company ok?

when the other respect you and allow you to share your feelings, then yes... but when they make it sound like you're unallowed to have those feelings.. you better as well shut up.. and move out.. share the feelings with someone who would respect that you're human and have feelings.. someone who'd listen..

i prefer to confess, but i have some difficulties saying it, though. i usually confess indirectly, e.g. writing it in my blog.
