do i use 4 2gbs dual chanal ram sticks

Unless your going to use a Server OS,Vista Ulitmate or Windows XP 64bit you will not get the full advantage over using 16gb of ram. Most servers are 16gb-128gb per server but they have 8-32 memory slots. If you have 4 slots I would go with 2*1gb or maybe 4*1gb but XP Pro 32bit will not see and use a full 4gb of memory. Thanks

Prerequisite is to run ALL 64-bit, the processor must be 64, so is Windows, so is everything that has 64 bit version of it.

Just evenly divide 16 by 4 which gives you 4 G per stick.
