Sorry, but no a pregnancy test will not work that way. If you think something's wrong you should talk to your doctor.

Im sure everythings fine as you have no reason to believe you'v had a miscarriage but i know what u mean! Its hard to believe your pregnant when you dont look it an you cant feel baby move or anything!! If you lie flat down can u feel an orange sized lump just above your pelvis? If so then everythings ok! But theres no point in taking a test. Even if baby has died ( which it hasnt) there would still be hormones there which will give you a positive result. Your due to get a scan soon so just be patient !! x

If you were to miscarry, more than likely you would know. usually there is some sign when you miscarry. Granted, there are few cases where there are no signs, but typically, there are. And unforunantly, a pregnancy test would do no good with telling you if you did or not. If your that worried, call your doctor/midife and talk to them. I felt the same way this pregnancy, and was always counting down the days to my next appointment to hear my babies heart beat and know everything was OK. I think alot of women worry like this up until they can start feeling the baby move. You can also rent the dopplers so you can check the babies heart beat at home ANYTIME you want. If your that worried, it might be worth it.

not necessarily. If bubs is dead but not spontaneously aborted you would still have HCG in your urine meaning you would get a positive result. It can still take a few weeks after a miscarriage or d&c for the hormones to leave your system.
However, if you have any queries or concerns about your pregnancy you should be going to your doctor or midwife straight away. It is quite normal to not 'feel' pregnant at this stage yet because of no symptoms, noticeable bump or the fact that you can't feel it moving yet either. And this can lead to feelings that something must be wrong.
I say trust your instincts, but be assured that everything is probably okay. Go and speak to your doc anyway

If you suspect that something isn't ok, go and see your doctor, but if everything is fine just relex and enjoy of your pregnancy! Now you are more sensitive and emotional and that's why you think that something bad can happen to your baby!
