the instruction at "0x02141e10" referenced memory at "0x00ef6fb8". the memory could not be "read"

when ever start my computer the above error is occuring
why it is giving like this .
anybody can help me

Was that some run time error produced by a VB program? Or perhaps some program produced by Visual Studio...

This error is indicative to some other error, but that is the extend of what anyone could say with limited info.
