Er, I don't think so. Everyone is innocent until it's been proven that they're guilty. So, in the absence of proof, I assume they're innocent.

That has nothing to do with perception.

Why do Pro-McCanns think that their perception proves that the McCanns are not guilty...............?

I think you just shot yourself in the foot.

Edit:
the law does not state that you are innocent until proven guilty that is your perception.
you become a suspect in which you then have to prove your innocence. (which is my perception)

Is the glass half full or half empty ?

I am neither for or against I just believe every aspect of what has happend should be looked into.
perceptions are in the mind.
Facts are reality.

The McCann's perceived that their child had been abducted. It is their perception that the PJ are questioning as their is no evidence!!!!

I perceive two people who left their kids alone while they went out on the lash; then tried to convince society that they had done the right thing; made a lot of money from gullible folk; probably changed peoples' attitude towards charity donations; thumbed their noses at society regarding their family practices and have used every trick in the book, and a few that aren't, to try and spin their way from any jot of culpability regarding their daughter's disappearance. Their other kids should be on an "at risk" list at the very least.

They are incapable of accepting responsibility for their actions

dave_uk0 This IS a medieval witch trial but a modern Internet version. These people have tried to make it look like murder; however when challenged that they do not have a shred of evidence they reply with "they are guilty of neglect" You see by repeating insinuations and hate against this unfortunate couple they manage to infer murder but always have the fallback position of "neglect".

The haters are envious and primitive people with an illogical and cruel hate campaign

I don't! I am not vehemently anti McCann, its just the pigeon hole I have on here, because I do not think they are being 100% honest.
I certainly don't think my opinion sways the truth! And I know my opinion could be wrong.

What they can never escape from is the fact they left very young children alone for long periods of time while they socialised. This is high risk behaviour and inexcusable for a pair of highly qualified health professionals .

Well said Mike ,everybody who sanctimoniously goes on about "guilty of neglect" is really trying to pin a murder charge on them without a shred of evidence. In fact they are not even guilty of neglect

Sometimes this place resembles some sort of medieval witch trial.

Guilty of what...............neglect, murder?

You can only go on the evidence of which suggests, guilty of neglect, the other is yet to be proved either way.

I am not sure if they do, I just think for some of them coming on here and ranting about this subject (which they know nothing other than paper talk about) has become their social life almost, its just a bit of a game to them, something to pass the time.

Listen to them, STILL harping on about 'neglect', so sad.
