I supposed that most of the people one time or another may feel they are going crazy and some may think they already are and that "so what" and that "who cares" is the weapon to defend themselves and I guess it's ok. Still some more think they aren't, and is very hard sometimes, specially now days, to really detect who is or who isn't, unless is very obvious, the truth is, though, that no matter how much or how little or for how long you may feel "crazy" one thing is for certain, you mustn't believe it, nor deny it, just find a way to understand the situation that makes you feel like so, and work at it if possible, with a friend or with the some person that could be able to advise you, and that depends on the field of need, maybe the authorities or medical or legal, etc. but most important of all is for you to not to forget that there is a God that will always be there for those who LOVE HIM and TRUST HIM, and believe this, there's nothing wrong with that, even if others may think we're crazy, that will only make you stronger to face any challenge or anything else for that matter, ...hope this helps. God Bless You. bye.,

I love this question.

I remember sitting in a psychiatrist office trying to convince him I was crazy and he said no your not. One good indication of someone being as you say crazy is they think they are not crazy. I most of the time think I am nuts but the good doctor asked me if I hear voices telling me to hurt myself or others. I said no I don't. There was my answer.
Now don't get me wrong. I have severe depression and almost killed myself from the affects, but I never heard actual voices.
I am on medication for depression and it is working. Chances are if you think your crazy your not. But when you are in deep depression you feel crazy in your head, at least I did.

Buy the way I have had two psychiatrist and one psychologist say I was not crazy.

A shoulder to lean on in times of crisis is invaluable. We all need emotional support from somewhere. I hope you are not saying that you are feeling like youre going crazy but have noone to support you. If that's the case you need to call Samaritans who will take the time to listen to you and will not judge you. I've had crazy spells in my life come through the other side. (with alot of help and medication!!)

hi ..... yes all the time ! Do you not have a friend or relative you can trust and can sit down with and chat to ?

If not why not try being your own friend ....... write a letter ....explain whats going on and why you think you are going crazy etc ..... re-read that letter as if you are a friend of the peron who wrote it ....... now try to think what advice you'd give your friend ?

No promises this will work .... if all else fails maybe you should ask your gp to refer you to see a counsellor ..... its nothing to be ashamed about ...... they listen and they give great feedback !!

good luck x
