When i installed Vice city the first time.. It was coming before.. but the game's graphic effects was not so gud, so i increased the screen size, but no use.. After wideing the screen.. The game gets minimized and some message is appeared in a window like if there's some error.I uninstalled the game and again installed it deleted all the folder and files of the game. When i tried to re-install it(which was stored in my CD) It isn't coming now.. After installing it UNSUCCESSFULLY, It displays a message That it needs to be utilised/utilized.. Wat does this mean, what should i do now?? I desperately wanna play the game!!

1st off dude, why the hell would you wanna play Vice city? The game is OLD!!!! Try getting into Vice City Stories, THAT'S a good game! 2nd of all it means that you need to reset everything in your system because you gave it some sort of error.

I realize you already deleted anything and everything but check for hidden folders. Do the following if you haven't already;
Go to the start menu and select "search". In 'search for files and folders" type in "Rockstar". That should bring up all foders that are hidden for the game. Delete those. Run it again by typing in "Vice". That should get rid of all folders associated with the game.
Reboot and then try the re-install.

Check if the game is support it by your pc spec....
I suggest to forget about it and try GTA:Sand Andreas....
