Bulgarias abandoned children petition for everyone.?

please sign the petition, to help save the children of Mogilino care home, and all children in Bulgaria's homes.
All it asks for is your email and name, you do not need to be British, this is for everyone!
Please sign and HELP STOP this inhumane treatment of the most vulnerable, they are only CHILDREN.

I hate to break it to you, but although your heart is very much in the right place, online petitions really don't do anything.

Snopes.com, the internet myth debunking site, points out some reasons why they're ineffective:
- They rarely reach anyone with the power to do something
- They are unlikely to convince powerful people even if they do read them
- They don't yield actual solutions to complex problems
- They offer no guarantee that the "signatures" are legitimate, which means they are even less likely to be taken seriously

If you feel strongly about this issue, I urge you to take more concrete steps such as writing to your paper and your elected officials, or getting involved with charities or NGOs related to it.
