When overclocking, which is better...400MHz X 9 or 450MHz X 8? How do these speeds link to the 1600MHz FSB?

Please consider that the CPU stock is 9 x 333MHz.

400mhz clock would result to 1600mhz fsb while 450mhz clock to 1900mhz fsb.
