You must go to the Source of your faith—your higher power, to nourish you with fresh water from the brook at Cherith to quench your thirst, to be fed by the ravens, and hidden safely in the pinion of His wings.
I do not know your faith, however, I suggest you might read Psalm 91 in the Old Testament of the Bible. It has helped me through many a trial, as well as given strength to my son who was deployed to Iraq with the Army.
Blessings!

Think about the situation. Deep thought and reflection.
Why is your faith low?
Why is your power low?
What events led up to this feeling?
Is it new?
Is it cyclical?
Do you feel powerless to effect change in your life? and if so, why?
Is there a problem you don't know how to deal with?
Remember that life is a lesson and ask what you are supposed to learn. Usually we feel down when we are failing to grasp one of life's many lessons. We get tired of being beaten with the same stick, tired of living in the same cycles. If you look for the answers you will find them.
With Love

Turn to God or if you don't believe in Him, talk to an imaginary person. It's nice to know that someone cares for you. But sometimes that too can't help you - maybe it's cauze your stressed. Do something you love - listening to music, writing/reading stories, going for a morning walk, playing soccer, going for a swim etc. You could try to read something motivational. I reccomend , "Better than Good life" By Zig Ziglar. It's really amazing - that book. It helps boost your confidence, your character and even your study skills slightly.

please lord ...
give me the Serenity...to accept the things I cannot change
Courage...to change the things I can.
And Wisdom to know the difference.
You're probably in a bad space at the moment...but know this...it will pass and it will change.
A crisis of faith is a dark moment indeed, it makes you question everything you believed before and only reinforces your uncertainty.
But recognise it for what it is...a temptation to forget what made you... you.
Faith is a certainty to follow a specific action/notion/belief and will is the decision to put it into reality.
Doing nothing is not an option

When faith and will power is low simply let yourself drift and let your life take you wherever it wishes. But for heaven's sake never think of ending your life however miserable the circumsatnces be. Keep hoping for the best and keep living.

Meditate on it. There's always wisdom to be found in those situations. It's all about recognizing the silver lining.

faith referring to your religious beliefs?
and power referring to your rank in society?
what to do when both are low?
you can regain confidence in your faith, go to your religious site and pray/meditate... recommit to yourself and your religion.
when your power is low you need to get more power (lol sounds dumb i know) but since you have't specified what your power is low it's limited on what advice i can give you. so since it's low you need to balance it out. if a sudden unfortunate event made you lose power you need to gain confidence first from the trauma. then proceed to regaining power once more.

Sometimes the only prayer I can muster is "Help Lord". He hears. Don't give up.
