I found out I am pregnant last week and I'm worried about streach marks. He thinks this will help with them. I know about cocco butter also. But I would like to know the truth about what they say about sperm working the same way.

omg Get Serious! And all these people never corrected you either! Unbelievable! Anyhow, your boy needs to grow up or go back to school or learn fundamental biology. 1st, sperm have no properties for moisturizing ; you should realize yourself that they are the man's seed that fertilize a females egg. Now if you are referring to SEMEN, that may be a good moisturizer among other things. It contains much protein & is excellent for you to swallow or ingest as much as you can.

I am unable to unearth any evidence that sperm, when applied to the skin, acts as anything other than an adhesive. However, if you feel like it's helping the stretch marks (and assuming your partner is free of any STDs ) it won't hurt you, either.

While I have heard rumors that it does benefit the skin, this is probably a porn fantasy of his. If you find it pleasurable in an erotic sense, then do it. If not, don't.
