Great set up!
A few comments:
1. 850W power supply is too much considering that you could not go SLI on that X-fire ready mobo. 600-650W is more than enough.
2. 4Gb RAM is great with a 64bit OS but wasteful in a 32bit environment. In 32bit OS, 750Mb of that 4Gb will just sit (useless) in the memory hole.
3. Consider the best air cooling solution:

You could try benchmarking the price of your rig with this one:

Quad-core sounds cool but you won't see any gains in gaming. Spend more on a better dual-core. I love anything Zalman so great there. You could go with 2 10,000RPM Western Digital Raptors in Raid 0 for gaming performance. Then just get a 500gb drive for storage. Buy a PC Power and Cooling powersupply. Only 1 graphic card? Don't you want SLI? Do you really need 2 lightscribe dvd drives? Get a cheap NEC and save a few bucks.

check out whats in the shops

8 gig ram will get hot, but it probably never get used

yopu [probably get something for a $1000 less that can do the same job.

whiteboard your purpose, you may be building this for someone else to steal.

also ensure you can plug in an extra screen. two screens are good for watching tv on one and game on the other
