Hi, I need to simulate a slow machine. I tried VMWare workstation and MS Virtual PC, none of them supports setting the speed of the processor lower that originally set. Any of you has an idea? Thanks, a lot.

Downclocking is usually easy but not in a virtual environment. Most processors now have unlocked lower multipliers, thus it is quite easy to downclock either in BIOS or while within Windows.

in case you basically extra a means grant and ram it is going to not have replaced something ... except of course you decreased the means output and the processor isn't getting sufficient juice ...that ought to account for the slower cpu speed
