What is the best pill that can make your skin smoother and boobs bigger with less side effects?

It would depend on the person's medical history to make sure that they aren't at risk for certain things like blood clots and such.
One pill out on the market that can be of help to the skin and dealing with acne for those that have an issue is Yasmin. Some have also had good results with Ortho-Tricyclen.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

Nobody can tell you for sure what would be best for you, since everyone is different. When one person is on a certain pill, she might have a couple of side effects with it that another person on the same pill doesn't.
You don't go on the pill to get bigger boobs, you go on it for birth control reasons or medical issues.
I'm on Yaz strictly for PMDD. The only two side effects I had were nausea and headaches, both of which went away in a couple of months. I've been on it for a little over a year now, and it's been wonderful to me.
That being said... you need to consult with your gyn to find out what he/she suggests. The only way to know how a pill will work for you is to give it a try.
