A few weeks ago I woke up in my own bed after a party with a mutha of a hangover, not knowing how I got home. I was covered in bruises, and was told later on that I kept falling over drunk, and even passed out on the landing for a couple of hours.

Hell yes, and the night before it seemed like I was doing the right thing or the best thing drunk or not. but then I always wake up in the morning and ask myself what did i do? and why? Then , all day i torture myself about it until I realize..hey i had fun doing it..

Yes, and I get up, look out of the window to see what damage I've done and say to myself, "Good work, fella!"

i used to when i was younger - alot!! but im older and wiser now (apparently) and have a lovely man to keep an eye on me when we are out partying. thankfully, when i wake up i just get to cuddle him. i cant cope with hangovers anymore anyway. it must be to do with getting older or something.

All I know is what my shipmates told me - and the first officer laughing and whispering to the captain, "that's him sir, that's the one."

Lost weekend in Philly.
