I need help NBA Live 07 Question?

If I wanted my created player to go to the Phoenix Suns as a first round draft pick how do I get the Phoenix Suns to be the #1 pick as a team?

in dynasty mode, you cannot draft your created player....
but if all you want for him is to be the rookie of the year, just let him sign with your team. but during the create player phase, make sure that you place 0 years on the bio...thx
