Okay, say for example, a person has been caught water their gardens under water restrictions and has been caught (this is Australia I'm talking about by the way). Obviously, they'll receive an on the spot fine but I was wondering, would you receive a criminal record? Or is it one of those minor things that they don't really care about?

Any answers will be appreciated. Thankyou!

Initially its a fine, but if you keep offending they can reduce your water flow, so it comes out of your taps much slower. Not a criminal offense though.

Australians are already criminals so worrying about getting a criminal record is no big deal. Remember, you are still prisoners of Britain.
