Overclocking is a voluntary process and does not occur on its own. In short, if you have not manually over clocked your computer, it will not overclock itself.

Go into your BIOS and make sure everything related to overclocking is turned off.

That includes the stupid dynamic overclocking that some idiot manufacturers have started including in some of their boards (I hope they don't enable that idiotic feature by default but it wouldn't surprise me if some idiot does it).
