one girl added me to her contacts and i asked the same question twice in different places for hw cos i was desperate for answers and she answered both of them with something likewhy did you ask the same question twice and she went on a bit...kind of annoying

Actually Blondie, it is not a dumb question when you take context into consideration. Yes, the site is called Yahoo Answers, but that doesn't mean a person should ask any question that pops into their head like "Should I eat pizza or a hamburger tonight?" - in other words, it could be used as a way to get some objective opinions from other people on questions that are really troubling you. As the person who asked her the question, I can assure you I was not kidding around, I was not giving her a hard time, and I am far from an being an idiot. Bigmamma added me to her friends list a while ago and after reading all of her questions for many weeks I felt comfortable enough to ask her.
