I have many high friends in low places. I also have low friends in high places. Can't seem to find a level friend

Low places? do you mean on the wrong road on there life? Yes i do have one friend that does allot of stuff he shouldn't be doing.
Such as drugs,fights,failing classes, in Gangs.I try to help him out at school by letting him copy off my paper so he can be something in life.He has a good personality but not the motivation to do it. =[
