I keep promises I make.

Actually, I have a horrible memory, so I'll soon forget the promise I made. Good news for people who count on me, eh? :) But I seriously do what I can, if I made the promise I make sure I keep it.

Don't make a promise that you have doubts about.
Real promises can be rare, because many people change their mind about things.
Also, do not make a joking promise, because it can come back later
