The older I get the more I agree with it. I don't see the need to draw a line at age 18, but the line has to drawn somewhere. The very nature of our culture relies on that line. But its really just arbitrary, you could say 16 or 21 just as easily and people will still complain. I think its a sad truth that a lot of today's youth really don't know how to function in the workplace. Come to think of it many of the adults I've worked with seem uncomfortable with the idea of actually doing work. The bottom line for me is that people should be paid for what they actually DO regardless of any other factors. I think the idea of an hourly wage has destroyed the American economy.
