you have been doing something for someone because they been going through a hard times, and then it gets back to you they been talking sh*t behind your back because you wasn't helping them how they thought you should?

i get really pissed
and kicked my sis out, how could she do that to me i was taking care of everything for her while she laid on the couch all day, what i can't........

I wouldn't be so quick to help that person the next time around. Yes, I'd be steamed but I'd actually appreciate knowing what my "friend" was saying behind my back.

Never offer help to them again and not expect anything from such a person. Probably withdraw all contact no explanations needed.
