A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body. It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.

Some people don't pass over because of unfinished business
Or they just don't know they have died
Or they didn't know to go to the light
This is what people call a Ghost

You also have a Spirit Guide which has been with you from the time you was born till the day you pass over : )

Do you also know that people that Astral Travel are seen as ghost, so maybe people are seeing ghost maybe are just living people just exploring via Astral travelling : )

In my opinion, yes. I've had four or five group paranormal experiences since I was small, so I guess I'll name one.

When I was young, I'd say 9 or 10, I was heavily involved in community theatre. During lunch they'd give us a tour of the old place and tell us about the fire that happened there and the little boy that died in it. One time we were touring the basement, which is just below the stage, when the lights went out for less than half a second. In that time, the boy that was standing right next to me traveled about 35 feet across the basement and went thigh deep in the open drain.

I'd consider this my first truly physical paranormal experience, and it's really (since that time) change my way of thinking about it all.

Yes they do Exist!
I had an experience once. I was trying to get sum sleep @ a friends house and then i thought i saw someone standing by the window, like a shadow.
then i looked again it was gone, thinking it was my imagination i tried to go back to sleep. Laying on my back with one arm over my head, all of a suddenly i 'felt sumthing on top of me and holding both my arms and mouth. I freaked, trying to yell @ my friend who was asleep on the couch next to mine. But i can only whisper it out. it was like Whoa! but then i looked straight @ it, knowing it's head is above mine, and asked, "who r u?"
Then it was gone, the weight of it lifted off me. and i could talk again. So i looked towards the corner, sumhow thinking it was right there and asked "what do u want?" It was a very cold night without a blanket. So thinking differently i asked if it can keep my feet warm, u know like an experiment to prove that i wasn't dreaming or anything. After that my feet just became hot, like really warm, like there was a blanket on it. After that, my whole body became warm. So i a way 'it' kept me warm all night and i could sleep.
Next morning i told my friend about it and she said that her father recently died in THAT house.

This depend on individuals, if one person believe in it so be it and if one person do not believe in it then so be it too. You can't force people to believe there is ghost unless the person him or herself see it for themself. For me i believe something exist a as a supernatural force as a balance in this world but i will not say it is really called ghost cause ghost < is a name given by human himself.
