What he does now is HIS business. I just decided not to make myself unhappy because of things he DOES or DOES NOT DO. He is history and when I go to bed, I sleep quite well, thanks.

Actually I can't sleep at night, because I really miss him. It hurts to know that he's probably with some girl having fun without me. I guess you can tell that I still love him. =[

My ex is just that my ex. I could care less what he does. I am happily married to the man of my dreams. Besides, my ex finally met his match--someone that would kill him if he had an affair.

you need to think about someone else in your life. have happy thoughts. you will sleep fine, and what makes you think your ex is having a good time.

I sleep well because I'm secure enough in my own life to know that I'm happy with where I am and where I'm going without him, and I'm happy for him that he is apparently doing the same without me.
