You have to look in a baby book to be sure and it depends on the baby and what food the baby has been introduced to, i know you have to introduce 1 food a week to the baby, incase it has an allergic reaction, you'll know what caused it. think baby food jars of veggies, fruits, and meats and baby cereal?

Per my doctor.... anything after 1 year is okay.
(my girl is 1 year and 3 week)

We feed her whatever we are eating. If your baby has never been introduced to the food then introduce it and give it a couple days before you introduce another new food just in case they are allergic.

They can eat eggs, or meat, or cheeze, or milk. Or anything.

I love the... Pasta Pickups (in the baby food section) becuase I can cut them in half and put them on her high chair tray and she feeds her self.

Feed your baby lots of veggitables and fruits. Add some meat and dairy and you should be fine.

You will be suprized at how much your baby can eat of regular foods and what they can chew that you thought they couldn't chew. (Oh my daughter 1 yr and no teeth and she can eat just about anything)

my baby is only 9 months and eats whatever the rest of the family eats (as long as its not too spicy, greasy, or hard to chew) he loves fruits, veggies, yogurt, cheese, crackers, toast, egg yolks, cereal, pasta, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, rice, chicken (cut up very very tiny)
