They are 4 inch heels, plain black pumps, kinda pointy toe (not too severe)
What should I wear with them, keeping the winter weather in mind...I know pants are no good, and I`m stuck for ideas

Hi, Nice to hear you're a "fan" of high heel feminine shoes.. And a good choice of heel height I may add..
As to what to wear with them, there's NOTHING wrong with wearing pants / slacks with them, but be color conscious -with black pumps, a pair of well fitting slacks in either black, or shades of gray are still VERY ACCEPTABLE, especially if you're involved with winter weather.
And that being the case, I would think wearing a "mini" would be not quite appropriate - knee length, give or take an inch either, way is also "in vogue".
But do dress warmly, and continue to wear HIGH Heels - I do, and I have 41 pair to date, and you are by now, aware of "what" I am.. Stay well

You can wear pumps with anything.
1. You can wear them with straight cut jeans for a dressy edge.
2. Any dress (that's not all brown)
3. Black pants
4. They look killer with a pencil skirt
5. With a suit

black heels go with anything pretty much. for day wear or when your working,, i think pairing them with some tight jeans (blue or dark blue), some classic black pants and a cute top with a cardigan will go with either. and to go out in i think a nice lbd (little black dress) , a floral design dress , or a nice tunic or long shirt over black tights with a cardigan. any shirt will match it, so you should try on all your pants and skirts with it and see how it looks in a full length mirror, then just pair your favourite shirt with it. good luck!

What you should get is a longer black leather skirt and a nice red sweater. Think that would look really sexy to wear with your new heels.

Jeans and a black turtle neck sweater....yeah!! Thats what all the girls are wearing at my daughter's highschool. Looks nice. (I just could'nt imagine 4 inch heels ouch!!) Good luck!

Try them with some black nylons & wear a skirt with it. Wear a cute cropped jacket under a simple top. Add a belt on top of your jacket to give you a waistline.

Black heels usually look good with boot cut or straight leg jeans, at least that's in my experience.

I don't see why you couldn't wear pants with them. Depending on the style of the pant you could dress them up or down. Be creative.

a waist length dress (give or take) with leggings. your shoes! and a nice over sweater.
or you could even pull them off with some jeans and a cute shirt.
