It's anything you do that brings you bliss.

Maybe you cook a great Lasagna or
Write a beautiful poem. or
Knit a pretty scarf. or

Your creative journey, and its surprising result.

"Magic" generally falls into 2 areas:
1) Prestidigitation - "magic" that is merely optical illusion or "sleight of hand". This is merely fooling the onlookers, or at least their eyes. This is certainly real "magic" in the sense that it is known as "magic" and it is real - though what is *portrayed* as occurring does not actually occur.
2) Supernatural "magic" - the use of spells or other "mystic" knowledge to produce supernatural effects. Whether this is "real" or simply prestidigitation, misinformation and deception is a matter of controversy. Personally, *I* have never witnessed any supernatural "magic", but this does not prove that such does not exist. The fact that no one seems capable of actually performing any supernatural magical act in front of trained scientists is telling. However, I certainly do not rule out the *possibility* of such magic. I simply no of no one who is capable of performing supernatural "magic".

If you are asking this metaphorically, then I would have to say that only my religion qualifies. It includes the only actual supernatural experience(s) that I can verify. This requires faith on my part, not scientific measurement (though there *is* evidence for things like the miraculous healings at Lourdes and the Fatima "visitation" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Our_Lady_of_Fatima#History ).

Certainly, I would not include emotion (even true love) or iPods in "magic". The 1st is part of human nature (well, for some people), and the 2nd is - well - just a gizmo with a gimmick.

Magic= the required amount of force to cause an effect.

Magic is what it always was. A method of making the "impossible" possible. That could mean walking on water, flying healing the sick, passing in and out of the spirit world.

Love is an emotion.
iPods are electronic.
The magic in my life is magic.

A magician has no real power, just knowledge. A magician uses forces which already exist to gain the effect he/she requires just as a surfer uses a wave.
