Hey you guys! I have an HP Pavilion laptop and it is also Windows Vista Ultimate. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to add more space to it? I have heard of things such as external hard drives or whatever....Can I use those? I need more than just a couple gigabytes of space...maybe 10-30 more gigs of space...Anyone know how to do this? How much is it gonna cost me? Is it easy to set up? And will I lose anything on my current pc?

Yes externals are fine just make sure it is usb 2.0 and the drive is self power(through usb port). 30 gigs or less is ideal for this. Setup is as easy as plugging in a usb flash drive and you will loose nothing on your pc. Remeber that the usb external drives are simply for storage if you are trying to do high resource stuff like playing games it will fail real quick. They are not made for that.
Price= $100+

Yes you can buy add-on hard drives. External drives are an option, but internal are cheaper and typically faster. You're looking at spending about $50 for 200 Gigabytes. Check out Best Buy, Staples, etc.
