Mine definetly could have been better. The only good event that occured was me graduating high-school.

I hear you. It feels great to be out of high school now and a freshmen in college. 2007 was okay I guess. It could have been better though.

Bad
Stepfather died
Grandmother died
I gained weight :(
Good
Daughter graduated High School
Daughter got married
We got a loan on our house!
Made some really good friends

This year was far better than the last one. I found a permanent job I like and I bought a car.
Last year was so bad it wasn´t so difficult to have a good year this year.
In 2006 I lost my job and then both my grannies died, all this in 3 months.

It's been an awesome year! My Colts won the Super Bowl, my Cubs at least made the playoffs (good year for them), I got a new job that I like much better than my old one, I made some great new friends (yourself included), and my wife is expecting our first child.
Over all, a great year!

congratulations on your Graduation! You should be very proud - it is a good year INDEED!!! For me, I am a little closer to my goal of working somewhere in the medical profession. Not sure EXACTLY where, but at least I'm headed in the right direction. Managing to keep most bills paid is good too! Oh, and I'm ALIVE too!!! Woooooohoooooooo!!!!!!!!

It has not been a great year for me either. I just keep praying things will change for the better.

The Horrid: My best friend moved 1000 miles away and I haven't been happy since.

you know...when i think about it... it was pretty great. i did a lot of changing this year, and it's a good feeling. i've come to accept the things that cannot be changed, and love the little things in life that most people take for granted. not everything's been perfect, of course, but nothing ever will be, then, will it? i went to new york this summer; went skydiving. and i've been living with a good friend of mine in our own little apartment. things are good.
