Why should you care what others think? The only opinion that should matter is your own, maybe your other half (b/f or husband/etc).
And me, even though I'm a girl, would much prefer saggy boobs where I won't have to deal with playing with them and feeling the implant. I know a lot of guys who hate the feel of implants.

Those boobs are outstanding. I prefer almost all natural boobs (saggy or not) to fake looking implants.

Your Boobs are Nice and Perky. Saggy boobs are much more naturally sexy than implants.

Implants look so stupid, the cleavage is so ugly when you have implants. Also I hear implants feel real hard. I would take real no matter what they look like over those stupid looking fake things.
