her forehead swelling.is she need to go her doctor..?

If she lost consciousness, then definitely. If she is lightheaded, nauseous, confused, sick, then yes. If she seems normal but just has a bump then she is probably OK but it would be worth it to at least call and talk to a nurse.

If it's swelling outward that is a good sign. Bad is a bruise that swells toward the inside ( to the brain ), one you can't see. She's probably ok but just watch her for any change in consciousness/alertness.

it will probly leave a bruse if the injury makes her sick go to the doctor put ice on it to get rid of the swellling
