Hey everybody, I have a serious question.... When I was little i remember developing breasts faster than all my other friends, I wasn't overweight or anything i just had bigger breasts. Now that I'm older (17) they continue to grow, I know this because my shirts don't fit me anymore, they're not long enough because, I'm still not overweight and i'm quite short (5 2") and I feel that my breasts are not proportionate to my body. They have always caused discomfort, I'm a 36D. I was thinking of getting a breast reduction when I turn 18... I just want to be comfortable. Do you think I'm being reasonable?

If you are having back pain and discomfort issues, then you are being reasonable.

After my surgery I had NO backpain or discomfort with my chest. I do not regret it one bit and if I had to do it again I would.

I had mine done Feb 2006 went from a 38J to a 38C.

I'm totally with you! I'm 5'3'' and I'm a 34DD in size 4 pants and 17 (We could be sisters). I'm way top heavy.

Large breasts do cause a great deal of discomfort, and it's difficult to find clothes that don't make you look fat or look like you stuff your bra.

What I think is that we should probably tough it out a few years and see how our bodies can handle the stress of these giant jugs on our fronts. If you start to have back pains or any other problems, I would suggest a reduction. There are health risks, but I think it might be worth it.

omg you are very fortunate indeed rox. Your height is perfect for a woman & D cup breasts are quite an asset ! You won't ever be starving for the attention of men. You'll get used to any discomfort. The only reasonable path is to accept your feminine body & proportions. There was a girl in my high school class built like you. Many men will adore your short frame adorned with such charm ! You are blessed rox. Don't alter 1 bit of you !

I would consider it IF they are causing any type of discomfort. I was thinking of having one myself but I'm a 38d and i'm 5'9" They fit my body type BUT I just don't want the big breasts

36D isn't disproportionate. You may be better to look at your overall weight as your bust measurement is a lot for your height as is the band measurement for your bra. I'm 2 inches taller than you and if I needed a bra with a 36 inch band I would be overweight.

Big breasts are good. Do not consider reducing them.
