the "e based" is the natural log and is indicated by the sign ln on your calculator. The log base 10 is a standard log and can be found on the log key on your calculator.

First, they are LOGARITHMS. The e-based or natural logs are based on ln e =1. The regular logs are based on log 10= 1. To convert,
ln x = 2.303 log x.
