i heard that in the Egypt histroy they say they owned that area at that time.

No, Egypt didn't own the present Israel. At that time, the area in which Israel, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon is today was occupied by various groups and tribes. Although their influence may have reached there, Egypt didn't control it.

No, in the book of Exodus where Moses is introduced, he does not own any land. He is simply told by God to take the Israelites out of Egypt to 'the land of Milk and Honey'.
