How do I embed a video player into my website where guests can paste a link into it and it will play the video

Ive installed a picture to what I want it to look like.

you can upload into youTube and use the html tag to paste into your site

You need a Flash video player. You can make your own or I'm sure download them from somewhere online. If the video is live, you will also need a stream server for Flash (FLV)
