grew up outside many cities. Most were called "Hooverville" or "Hoover City" due to Herbert Hoover's mistaken economic theories.

Are the homeless in your area doing that yet?

Hi. Have you ever been homeless? I have. You do what is necessary to survive such as living in a car for a year (as I did). Calling attention to your problem is natural. ( I did it by choice. Not many others do.)
