I have an shared HP PSC 1410 all in one printer in my network.
i don't know my printer is not working properly it is always like idle and when we are printing i have to restart my PC and i could not cancel it right way.
any suggestion please to solve out this problem.

Have you tried checking it out with the Device Driver?
Start
Settings
Control Panel
System
Hardware
Device Manager
right click on the icon for your printer and select Properties
This will tell you if it is working correctly and offers a link to update the driver

If this doesn't help, please go to

Near the top left is a link to contact HP. I suggest you do so. I have had good experience with HP help.

Try unplugging the printer from the wall (or the cord cord from printer to the transformer) then plugging it back in - you might see the printer turn back on.
