In such an ideal equilibrium situation, value of wants of the society or globe = value of means of the society or globe.
If you study chemistry, you find that inert gases with perfect equilibrium electronic configuration are rare. Similarly, a true equilibrium is a myth. Surprisingly as wants approach means, the society or economic entity becomes highly active economically and hence the rich are the most active and hence they are accumulating wealth.
